If your insurance company requires a written appraisal we can provide it. If you are considering purchasing a piano or selling your current instrument we can perform a thorough inspection in order to determine the condition and/or value. This cannot be done without observing the piano in person as every instrument is different, depending on age, environment and use.
Occasionally we are called upon to observe an instrument that has sustained damage due to water, fire, moving, etc. We will provide your insurance company with the necessary factual details in order to process your claim. This can include photo documentation where necessary.
